Add double-heading feature

Railuino Station will have feature of double-heading controlling. How to use this feature is very easy and simple. You can only write address of second locomotive.

Below is an example of double-heading drive. The ER20 is from PIKO. The other loco(BR216) is from marklin. These locomotives aren't adjusted a speed CV. It seems that both locomotives shall be adjusted speed parameters.

重連機能を追加しました。使い方は簡単です。ベースとなる機関車に、重連させたい機関車のアドレスを記載するだけです。機関車は未調整なので、同時に同じ速度指令を与えていますが加速・減速が異なってしまってしまいます。重連運転をする場合には、CVの調整をするか、同じ機関車を使うことが望ましいです。
